  • Take 3 cups cooked rice.

How to make it

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Once hot mixed in the onion, ginger and garlic fry for a minute.

Step 2

Now you chopped the cabbage, beans, carrots and green peas together and add them to the pan and fry for 5 minutes until the vegetables and tender.

Step 3

Mixed together the chopped red chilies, gram masala, soya sauce, vinegar and green onion whites and fry for 30 to 45 seconds.
