How to preserve Mutton Liver Pepper Fry recipe?

Cook the onion and other spices thoroughly before adding the liver.

Ingredients:


  • 200gms of Mutton liver (Cut small cubes)
  • 2 large onion.
  • 1 piece of tomato, cut into small piece.
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic.
  • Take chilly, as per taste.
  • ½ teaspoon of Cumin Powder.
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of Crushed black pepper.
  • ½ teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
  • Salt.
  • 4 to 5 teaspoon of mustered oil.
  • ½ teaspoon of fresh ground Hot spices.
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing.

The roles of cooking:


Step 1


Take a hot pan. Heat the mustered oil in a hot pan.

Mix well the onion slices, chilies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper and add to the pan and fry till brown

Now you will add the mutton liver cubes in the pan. Mix the liver cubes well, than cook over medium heat until the color changes.

Add salt and tomato slices to taste.

Cover and cook for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with a little water if necessary. Add water when you feel it is needed during cooking.

Now you mix the extra crushed black pepper (to taste) and hot spice powder and sprinkle well. Then cook for 5 minutes.

After cooking garnish with fresh coriander leaves. This will make this recipe even more delicious.

Remember:


  • Do not boil the liver for too long or too much water. Doing so can turn the liver pieces into a rubbery texture.
