  • 1 cup of panko bread crumbs.
  • 2 teaspoon of old bay seasoning.
  • 1 egg, as per your requirement.
  • 1 tablespoon of water.
  • 1/3 cup of flour.
  • 1 lemon.
  • Tartar sauce.
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise.
  • 2 tablespoon of pickle relish (sweet or dill can be used)

Instructions for cooking

Step 1

Gather all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 degree F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicon baking mat.

Combine panko and old bay seasoning in a shallow dish. Beat the eggs and water together in a second bowl. And place the dough in a bowl.
