The instruction for making this recipe

1. Preheat an Oven to 325 degree F then line a greased loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl mix together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

3. In a large bowl, combine 1 egg, 2 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 cup white sugar and mix together ½ cup vegetable oil.

4. Pour the dry ingredients over the wet ingredients and mix.

5. Add the mashed banana, 3 tablespoon sour cream, 3 ripe bananas and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract mixer and mix together. Fold 1/3 cup walnuts and 1/3 cup pecans into better.

6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan then top with the remaining walnuts.

7. Baked in the oven for 75 minutes until completely baked and knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Check every one hour to make sure it is well backed.

8. Leave the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, remove from the pan and let cool completely on a cooling rack.
