Neem leaves

4. It is better to put in hot Basil juice in the ear every morning and evening if you have low hearing

Garlic


1. If you have a fever or if the fever does not go away, take 4 to 5 cloves of garlic juice with butter. This is done for 3 days to get relief

2. Drink garlic juice with warm milk every day for dog bites.

3. If you have gas, take 3 to 4 drops of garlic juice in 1 cup of cold water on an empty stomach

4. Garlic powder should be applied to the wound

Onion


Onions are very beneficial for our body. Onions are used to cure various diseases. The botanical name of onion is Allium cepa linn.

1. Take 1 to 1 n half spoon of onion juice with warm water at night to cleanse the stools.

2. 4 5 Onion juice is inhaled to stop bleeding.

3. Mix 4 or 5 onion juice drink with cold water to stop vomiting.

4. Current research has shown that onion juice contains certain ingredients that help in hair growth and application of onion juice reduces the chances of hair fall. Because, onions contain antioxidants, which reduce the level of hydrogen peroxide in the hair roots.

5. Onions contain flavonoids, phytochemicals, polyphenols, dietary fiber and these are beneficial ingredients 

6. Onions are useful for cancer, heart disease , strengthening bones, cholera , allergies and other diseases

7. Onions help boost the body's immunity and lower blood sugar

Ginger


Ginger increases the three fire forces of our body. Dried ginger is another name for the world. In Vedic times, ginger was called a devourer. Ginger juice helps in digestion. The botanical name of ginger is Ginger Occicenal Rox.

1. Ginger juice is used for colds and fevers

2. Ginger with salt before meals increases appetite

3. Take 1 teaspoon of ginger juice and 1 teaspoon of basil leaf juice to cure spring diseases.

4. If you have frequent cough, mix ginger juice with goat's milk and drink it

Indian sarsaparilla


1. If you have a sore on your tongue, mix Indian sarsaparilla with milk and apply it to your tongue.

2. Mix it with honey and take it on an empty stomach in the morning

3. Stones are cured by mixing with milk Indian sarsaparilla drink for 10 days

Indian gooseberry


1. If you have burning sensation in your urine, mix Indian gooseberry juice with water and drink it

Ashwagandha

Indian sorrel


Indian Sorrel Its scientific name is Oxalis Corniculata Linn

1. Heat Indian sorrel and soybean oil and apply it to the chest to get rid of phlegm

2. Indian sorrel vegetable for constipation, diarrhoea, rheumatism
